To qualify for the above offer, a customer must meet the following

                                                     Pass a credit check

  Have an outgoing telephone landline 

  Have a minimum of two keyholders

  Pay the monthly fee by direct debit

  Pay a one-off fee of £30 to the relevant Police authority
