| We are a medium sized, friendly
security company. We have built our business over nearly twenty
years mainly on the strength of recommendations from happy
customers. We operate in all areas within the M25 Motorway.
We believe in first of all discussing with you and advising you on the choice a Security System that will both meet your individual Security requirements and at the same time be the most cost effective. We do not believe in pressure selling. Once you have allowed us to carry out a free survey of your premises, we will leave our quotation with you to think about and get back to us at a later stage if you so wish, to let us know if or when you want us to proceed with the installation. Once you are happy with the type of Security System that will most suit your premises and give us the go ahead to install, we can usually carry out the installation within a few days unless there is a need on part to have the work done earlier, in which case we will do our best to do so. After the Security system has been installed, our engineer will go through the operating procedures with you and make sure you understand how to use it properly. He will also leave a day time contact number and an out of office hours emergency number with you, should you need to contact us for any reason. Since we depend on recommendations for most of our new business, we know the importance of providing a good service to all our existing customers. We will carry out regular checks to your Alarm System as long as it is under a current maintenance contract with us. You will also benefit from our 24 hour helpline which is set up to help you reset your Alarm System if necessary or deal with any issues with regards to it's proper function.
