Our Technical Architects advise the client on options available to him with respect to architectural approaches and technology solutions for project implementation. Based on the architecture, our Business Analysts develop a detailed project plan with cost and time estimations. At this stage, it is also decided which Business Model would be followed for the project implementation. A typical technical architecture plan includes:
