Project Management

Organization Entity		Major Responsibilities
Steering Committee		Responsible for monitoring the project on time-bound basis.
Steering Committee		Resolve any issues on the project that can not be handled at the project managers level.
Project Manager		Monitor the status of the projects and report to the Steering Committee.
		Responsible for reviews and Coordination between the client and Saboo iTech.com team.
		Responsible for resolving all conflict related to scope.
		Coordination with other vendors for delivery/installation/ configuration and support of software packages.
		Responsible for managing all on-site technical issues, Design, Test Plan Development, Documentation & Reviews.
		Sign-off major milestones within the project
Project Leader		Monitor the status of the project with respect to their module and report to the Saboo iTech Project Manager.
		Responsible for managing all offshore technical issues, Design, test Plan Development, Documentation & Reviews.
		Lead the design team for a successful offshore development.
		Saboo iTech.com resource allocation and monitoring.
		Responsible for various activities on the project.
		Manage the development Team Members, and report all issues to the Project Manager.
		Also responsible for Quality Assurance in the project.
		Ensure timely completion of the project as per project plan.
Conversion/Coding		Responsible for Design, Development/Conversion and Testing of Program Units.
Quality Manager		Responsible for Quality Assurance in the project.
		Responsible for making sure that the project teamfollows all methodologies procedures, standards and guidelines.
		Responsible for managing all technical Development and Documentation Reviews.
