They are manufactured and tested at various stages under well-defined and documented manuals and procedures. All the stages involved in the production of LPG cylinders are strictly monitored by our engineers and further inspected during and after by Bureau of Indian Standards, the Indian national standard, body and founder member of ISO.

The making of each cylinder goes through over thirty well-defined and documented processes, monitored under the strict supervision of our qualified and highly experienced engineers. At Saboo, we use only steel of the best quality. The special quality steel in coil or sheet form is aluminum killed, micro alloyed, non-aging, and extra deep drawable.
