Twenty Eight components, one device. We make regulators that are reliable and safe. The simple looking regulator involves 28 components and material that range from zinc alloy and brass to plain carbon steel and rubber. The making of the regulator begins with stringent inspection of all the components that come from various approved vendors. At Saboo, we pressure die cast the regulator body and cover. The components are then carefully assembled and fitted on the machined bodies.

Our regulators undergo the torture trial -a battery of tests to prove that it can withstand the most extreme conditions. At the regular level, there is the construction and workmanship test, pneumatic test, interchangeability test, chatter & performance test that involves making the regulator go through as many as 20,000 on and off cycles and the temperature test where test performance is checked at a low of -20°C and high of +64°C.
